You can submit any type of media that pertains to the language or culture of the foreign language that you are learning. It is highly encouraged that you submit work in a language that is not your native language. Works submitted can be in the form of an essay, a video, artwork, or even a recipe!

However, work submitted must meet the following requirements:

1. Cannot be plagiarised. 

2. Cannot be published on another platform, website, or journal.
